Alright back to healthy recipes! The other morning my daughter wanted pancakes so found this recipe on YummyHealthyEasy. I like the taste a lot and will make these often! Had to use oil instead of applesauce because I didn’t have any. Could have used yogurt instead but didn’t have that either. Will do that in the future for even healthier option. Also went with white whole wheat so maybe that’s why they tasted so good. Used honey instead of sugar also. It’s a great way to start your day! Better than any pancake mix!

Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 2 cups lowfat milk
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp nonfat yogurt or oil or applesauce
- 2 eggs
