Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookie Two

So I decided to make this cookie again except all I remembered was there were Oreos in it. I used a muffin tin poured chocolate chip cookie batter at the bottom like a previous cookie, pressed an Oreo on top and then covered it with more chocolate chip cookie batter. Well, it was delish! Oh, the taste of cookies made with white flour and all the sugar the recipe calls for except I used oil instead of butter if that’s any better! Super yummy! You should try them!

Look at the layers!

I used the Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chip cookie recipe for the batter.

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour or white whole wheat
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
