Since I went to that Thai restaurant a couple weeks ago and it wasn’t too satisfying I had to make some soon. Well, I did it today! I really like Pad Thai! I use to eat at least two to three cups of it, the amount you get in a restaurant. But, alas, I need to cut down on carbs, my worst enemy. So I savored my bites today! And I made my husband’s favorite–basil chicken. The aroma of Thai basil is so inviting!
